Case description

ESA needed to update its product and content management system to improve the quality and use of its product information, ensuring efficient routing and outputs to various channels and touchpoints. Replacing the cumbersome PIM and outdated ERP systems simultaneously was a significant challenge, requiring foresighted planning and integration.
