Phase 0. Planning and Preparation<\/span><\/h3>\n

This is arguably the most important phase, as it’s when you’ll lay the groundwork for the entire project. You’ll need to identify your specific goals and objectives, assess your current data and processes, and develop a detailed plan of action.<\/span><\/p>\n

Phase 1. Implementation:<\/span><\/h3>\n

This is where the actual work of setting up and configuring your PIM system will take place. Depending on the size and complexity of your project, this phase can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months.<\/span><\/p>\n
