An accomplished executive with 25+ years’ experience in leadership, Simon is taking on the role of former CEO Paul Salay, who will remain with the firm on the Board of Directors to focus on strategy and M&A development.
Simon has a background in the software sector, with experience in the retail, financial services, and public sector industries. At Superion, he spearheaded an organizational transformation encompassing product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence. This transformation culminated in a multi-billion-dollar merger between Superion and two other companies, forming CentralSquare.
He advocates for customer-centricity, product innovation, and the building of high-performing teams.
